Putnam, Greene, Columbia and Rockland are regular routes, and we are in each of them once or twice a week.
Westchester runs on the same basis, though we are based north of the county, so we are not the closest option for every address, and we will tell you plainly on the phone whether yours works for us.
Do you offer automatic delivery for commercial buildings?
Yes, and for a building it is the only sensible way to run.
We track the building's usage against heating degree days and schedule a fill before the tank gets low, so nobody on your staff is reading a gauge or placing an order. Enrolling is free. Tank monitoring is available on every commercial heating account, which means we schedule against what is actually in the tank rather than against an estimate.
What happens if a commercial building runs out of oil?
Call us and we will get you fuel, then prime and restart the system so the building has heat again.
A run-out is not just an empty tank. Air gets into the line, the burner has to be bled and restarted, and sediment off the bottom of the tank can clog the filter and the nozzle. In a building with tenants that is a bad afternoon, which is exactly why we push automatic delivery.
Do you service the burner and the tank as well?
We install, maintain and repair heating oil tanks, and our technicians will inspect yours and tell you honestly whether a replacement is coming rather than waiting for it to fail in February. We are reachable 24 hours a day for emergencies. Seasonal maintenance and repairs.
What does commercial heating oil cost?
Oil pricing moves with the market, so no fixed number would be honest a week from now.
Your rate also depends on annual usage, delivery type and which price protection plan you choose.
