Ulster, Dutchess, Sullivan and Orange are our core territory, with trucks running every day.
Regular routes — once or twice a week
Putnam, Greene, Columbia and Rockland are regular routes, and we are in each of them once or twice a week.
Westchester runs on the same basis, though we are based north of the county, so we are not the closest option for every address, and we will tell you plainly on the phone whether yours works for us.

Can you put tank monitors on forklift cylinders?
No, and nobody can.
Tank monitoring works on a fixed bulk tank that gets filled in place. Forklift cylinders are swapped, not filled, so there is nothing for a monitor to sit on.
What we do instead is build the exchange schedule around your actual burn. Tell us how many trucks you run and how many cylinders you go through in a week, and we set the cadence to match, then adjust it as your volume moves.
If you run a bulk tank as well as a cylinder fleet, we monitor the bulk tank and run the cylinders on exchange, both on one account.
Do you supply cylinder storage cages and staff training?
Yes to both. We supply the storage cage for your cylinders, and we train your staff on safe changeover.
The cage keeps full and empty cylinders secured and stored properly outside the building, which is where code wants them and where your fire inspector will look. Training covers connecting and disconnecting, leak checking, and what to do with a cylinder that is damaged or leaking, so the people swapping tanks on your floor learned it from us rather than from whoever did it last.
Most suppliers drop cylinders and leave. Ask whoever else you are quoting whether the cage and the training are included, and what they charge for them.

Our 33-pound cylinders are maintained and safety checked, and your people are trained on handling before they touch one. What does a forklift cylinder program cost?
Cylinder pricing depends on how many you go through and how often we come, so no single number is honest for every floor.
What does not move is everything around the fuel. Our complete schedule of fees lists every charge we bill, with dollar amounts, and as far as we know we are the only fuel dealer in the Hudson Valley that publishes theirs. Take those numbers to anyone else you are quoting and ask them for the same list.
