Core territory — trucks run every day
Ulster, Dutchess, Sullivan and Orange are our core territory, including Poughkeepsie, Kingston, New Paltz, Gardiner and Newburgh, with trucks running every day.
Regular routes — once or twice a week
Putnam, Greene, Columbia and Rockland are regular routes. We are in each of them once or twice a week, and we add trucks as demand builds.
Westchester runs on the same basis, though we are based north of the county, so we are not the closest option for every address, and we will tell you plainly on the phone whether yours works for us.
Do you supply propane for temporary heat on job sites?
Temperature can swing hard through fall and winter in the Hudson Valley. If your crew is outdoors, they have to be able to work safely when the mercury drops, and propane temporary heat keeps them comfortable in nearly all conditions. The steady heat also holds stable temperatures so that you do not lose days waiting on cement, paint or joint compound to cure.
Do you supply bulk propane to restaurants and commercial kitchens?
Propane powers most of the equipment a commercial kitchen depends on: ranges, cooktops, fryers, ovens, griddles, warming stations and steam cookers. Propane water heaters handle dishes, utensils, pots, pans and linens. Hotels, spas and other hospitality businesses also run dryers, patio heaters, pool heaters and fire features on it.

Can propane run a commercial standby generator?
Power outages are a fact of life here, whether from downed lines or an overburdened grid. Plenty of buildings in our region cannot simply wait them out: schools, hospitals, nursing homes, first responder dispatch and server rooms. A propane standby generator keeps those buildings running for hours or days through a widespread outage, and because propane has an unlimited shelf life, the fuel is ready whenever the generator calls for it.
Do you offer remote tank monitoring?
Yes. Tank monitoring is available on every commercial and heating account we serve.
A monitor reports your tank level to us directly, so we schedule refills against what is actually in the tank rather than against an estimate. You do not read a gauge, and you do not place an order.
Monitoring does not apply to forklift cylinders. Those are exchanged rather than filled, so they run on a delivery and exchange schedule instead. If you have both a bulk tank and a forklift fleet, we handle them on one account with two different schedules.
What does commercial propane cost?
Your price per gallon depends on annual volume, tank ownership and delivery frequency, so no honest single number exists for every business.
What we can publish is everything that is not the fuel. Our complete schedule of fees lists every charge we bill, with dollar amounts. As far as we know we are the only fuel dealer in the Hudson Valley that publishes theirs. Take those numbers to anyone else you are quoting and ask them for the same list.
