There is no annual minimum-use requirement while your qualifying account remains enrolled.
Every plan also includes an annual propane credit toward a normal propane delivery or tank top-off.

Your Way™ Assurance Program membership benefits apply to eligible enrolled propane tanks and are subject to program terms and conditions. Membership pricing and per-gallon propane discount are locked in for the applicable membership year and reviewed annually at renewal. Membership automatically renews in successive one-year intervals according to the membership agreement. Your member price is based on Kimlin Energy's market price at the time of fill, minus your plan's applicable per-gallon discount; this is not a fixed propane price. The Annual Propane Credit is applied as part of an otherwise scheduled propane delivery or tank top-off and is limited to the annual amount included with the applicable membership level; it is not a separate small-volume delivery. Outage priority does not guarantee a specific delivery or response time and remains subject to weather, road conditions, accessibility, fuel availability, safety considerations, demand, and other operating conditions. Your Way™ Assurance is not available for propane tanks or tank systems supplying the property's primary space-heating system. Kimlin Energy's Environmental Compliance Fee (ECF), currently $15.99 per delivery, applies to fuel deliveries, including a delivery on which an Annual Propane Credit is applied. The ECF covers spill-prevention equipment, containment, and the regulatory reporting required on every delivery. The Annual Propane Credit applies to eligible propane gallons and does not waive the ECF. Customer-owned equipment must meet Kimlin Energy safety, condition, accessibility, and serviceability requirements. Enrollment and customer-owned-tank pricing are subject to Kimlin Energy approval. Your Way™ Assurance pricing applies only to the eligible propane system enrolled in the program and does not establish pricing for other propane tanks, accounts, heating systems, or services.
